From a friend's recommendation, we tow our 2002 Lexus RX300 can't start to this repair shop Sat. morning. As promised the owner call me back told me the problem (broken water pump + timing belt) and a quote for the repair in the afternoon and said will be ready by end of the day following Monday. Monday, 2:10pm got a phone call the car is ready. Great service and fast repair time with a reasonable price. I will definitely come back for my other car's needs. Highly recommend if you need a trust worthy shop and mechanics working on your car.

First time visiting and it was a great experience. The guy at the front was very nice and easy to communicate with. Not sure how he has any complaints. They took my car right in and was done super fast. Their prices are very fair and they were honest about what was going on with my car. I highly recommend this place ! 1st time customer. Great and honest service. Saw a post on Reddit recommending this place and I decided to go there today to get brake pads installed (labor only) and it was a fast, courteous and reasonably priced service. Will be coming back here again in the future. Highly recommend Thanh Auto Service 10/10. EDIT UPDATE 9/24/24 *Ask for Keith when you arrive, he sometimes mans the reception office and sometimes doesn't* I've dealt with him twice this past week and seems like an honest, legit technician.

First of all I wanted to say thanks to Stewart and Keith for always delivering!!! These guys put in work with a smile on their face. As a business owner I know working 6 days a week can get excruciating but we do it because we love it and satisfy the need to help our customers. I've been coming here the last 5 years, there always people dropping off cars no matter what time of the day and every time they come in but you can see they have their system down and move quick!! The price is also unbeatable as they are extremely honest and open about the problems you receive with your car. My friend who use to be mechanic decided to help me with my clutch on my Tacoma this past weekend. Unfortunately, he didnt have the proper tools and we could not get the 300lb transmission back on. We had to tow it and I left it over night at Thanh Auto, left my keys inside the slot and what was left with my truck and hopes for the best. Keith called me the following day after and told me my truck was completely put together! Always a great experience when I leave from here, I was I was going to be carless for a while but thanks to Stewart and his team for working so fast!!!
